What you'll need:

You'll need a tube of choice I am using a gorgeous tube by Arthur Crowe which you can purchase at his store HERE.
Be sure to check out all the other great tubes he has there!

A rockin kit by Lexi's Creationz called Metal Edge which you can find out where to purchase on her blog HERE.
Be sure to check out ALL her other awesome kits!

Fonts of choice - I am using a pixel font for the copyright and Gang Wolfik for the name.

Mask of choice - mine is by Tonya from Creative Misfits HERE.
I used mask number 2 :)
Make sure you leave some love when you download!

Ready?

Let's get started!

Open up a 700x700 canvas we can always re-size/crop later.
I like my tags BIG LOL.

Open up the star frame from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer onto your canvas re-size it to fit nicely. Then take your magic wand and click inside the frame then go to selections-modify and expand by 3 then open up a paper of choice I used paper 5 add a new layer then paste the paper INTO the selection.  Open up your tube copy and paste the mirrored version in there then go to selections-invert and hit delete. Open up another paper of choice I used paper 3 before you copy it into the frame go back up to selections-invert now add a new layer and paste this paper into the selection, change the blend mode of this paper layer to overlay. Gray scale your tube layer in the frame and change the blend mode to Luminance L duplicate your tube and change the blend mode to soft light for that layer.  Duplicate your first paper layer and move it above the other paper layer and change the blend mode to screen.

On the frame layer go to selections-select all-float-defloat-modify and expand by 3 add a new layer and flood fill with a color of choice I used a foregroun/background gradient. Now add some noise I used Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise my settings are Random checked, Monochrome checked and at 36%. Add a drop shadow H 2 V 2 Opacity 60 Blur 4.00 Color Black.

Open up the disco ball from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer re-size it to fit nicely and move it below the star frame. Arrange it to your liking.

Open up the keyboard copy and paste it as a new layer re-size it so it fits nicely and move it to the bottom of your frame.

Open up the zipper flower and the purple bottle copy and paste them as new layers re-size them so they fit nicely and arrange them to your liking.

Now for the tube Arthur is awesome at giving you different hair colors to work with and such so with mine what I did was had the pink hair layer and purple hair layer hide then changed the blend mode of the pink layer to overlay. Now we can copy and paste your tube as a new layer duplicate it change the blend mode to soft light then go to add a guassian blur of 3 this is under the adjust in psp then lower the opacity to 28.

Now go through and add a drop shadow to everything include your BOTTOM tube layer not your duplicated one. I used the same settings as earlier H 2 V 2 Opacity 60 Blur 4.00 Color Black.

Open up your paper of choice I used paper 7 from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer move it below everything then add your mask and merge group. Then add some noise same settings I used below for the font.

Add your name in your font and color of choice then go to selections-select all-float-defloat-modify and expand by 2 add a new layer flood fill it with white or a color of choice then add some noise by going to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise random checked, 36% noise and monochrome checked. DO NOT deslect yet go to modify and expand by 2 again add a new layer and flood fill with the color you used for your name move it below all the name layers and add a drop shadow.

Finally add your copyright and license number if applicable save as png or jpeg whichever you prefer and we're done!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
