What you'll need:

You'll need a tube of choice I am using the gorgeous art of Keith Garvey. You can purchase his art for signature tags at PSP Tubes Emporium. Be sure to check out all the other awesome artists while you're there!

Although mine was purchase when he was selling at My psp tubes.

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow

A kit of choice I am using part of an awesome collab kit called Girls of Pimp my tags with Scraps by the awesome designers at Pimp my tags with Scraps. For this tutorial I am using Grunge and Glitters part of the kit. You can purchase this awesome collab at Pimp my tags with Scraps here. Be sure to check out the other gorgeous kit each designer has, you will see they are awesome!

Let's get started!

Open a 700x700 transparent canvas we can always re-size it later.

From Grunge & Glitters folder in the kit open up the computer screen copy and paste it as a new layer onto your canvas. The tube I am using came with a full, close up and a closer close up, I am using the close up. Copy and paste that as a new layer then take your selection tool set on rectangle and draw a rectangle around the innter part of the computer screen but not all the way to the bottom make it just above the PSP screen on the monitor. Selections-invert and use your eraser tool to erase parts of your tube that overhang a bit.

 Duplicate your tube then go to adjust-blur-Gaussian blur set to 3 then change the blend mode to overlay, duplicate that layer and change the blend mode to screen and lower the opacity.

Copy and paste the halftone circle from the kit behind all your tube layers re-size it so it fits nicely. I did the same with the lip print element and the heart element.

In a font of choice I used Bauhaus 93 in caps with the stroke set at 3 and wrote out Garv rocks my PSP. Then added the same drop shadow as shown in the screen-shot below.

Now open up a paper of choice from the kit I used paper 4 re-size it a little then add your mask and merge group move this layer below everything else. I used the black glitter splat as well you might have to move this to the top of your layer palette so you can move it where you want then move it back down to the bottom but ABOVE your mask layer. Duplicate the splat layer then go to image-mirror so its on the other side.

Now add your name in a font of choice I used Variex then add a gradient glow and a drop shadow both settings shown in the screen-shot below.

Finally add your copyright and license number if applicable save as png or jpeg whichever you prefer and we're done!
